1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Soulatourz s. r. o., registered at Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, IČO 57 614 261, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court (Section Sro, Insert No. 199261/B) ("Soulastourz", "we", "us"), handles personal data collected through the partner portal. 2. The data we collect

When you apply to become a partner and use the portal, we may collect:

• Account data — your name and email address, used to sign you in.
• Business data — company name, trading name, registration number, address and the services you offer.
• Contact data — the name, role, email and phone of your main contact.
• Documents — registration, licence and insurance documents you upload for verification.
• Payout data — bank and payout details needed to pay you.
• Usage data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the portal.

3. How we use your data and our legal bases

• To review your application and manage your partner account — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in running the programme.
• To verify your business, licences and insurance — legitimate interests and legal obligations.
• To pass bookings to you and pay you — performance of a contract.
• To communicate with you about your account and bookings — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
• To keep the portal secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligations and legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run the service, with providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Resend — sending account and verification emails.
• Netlify — hosting of the portal.
• Payment and banking providers — to make your payouts.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have a partner account and for as long afterwards as we need to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issues promptly.

9. Cookies and sessions

The portal uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you securely signed in and to operate the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available here, and we will update the date above when we make changes.
