Tell us about your business and the experiences you run. Most partners finish in around 10 minutes. Here's what you'll need on hand:

Company registration

Your registered business name, number and country of incorporation.

Compliance documents

Registration certificate, operating licence and public liability insurance.

Service details

Vehicle types, pickup locations and what's included in the trips you run. Payout details come later, after approval.

Common questions

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Applying and listing is free. Instead of a commission, we agree a fixed rate per trip with you before you go live — so you always know exactly what each booking pays you.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, by SEPA bank transfer to the account you add in your dashboard after approval. Earnings unlock once a trip is completed, and every payout shows in your payout history.
What documents do I need?
Your company registration certificate, operating licence and public liability insurance — you'll upload them in step 4 of the application.
How long does review take?
Usually within 3 working days. You'll get an email either way, and your dashboard unlocks here automatically when you're approved.
How do bookings reach me?
Travellers book your trips on soulastourz.com. Each booking appears instantly in your dashboard with the customer's details, date, party size and your earnings.
